The average high is in the low 80's with a low in the mid to upper 50's. Mornings can be cool but it warms up fast. How many rest stops are on the course? There are five stops for the 100 mile riders, four for the 65 mile riders and one for the 30 mile riders. Will there be sag vehicles on the course? Yes, but it's still a good idea to be prepared for any sort of breakdown. Is there late registration? Yes, but T-Shirts are not guaranteed and there will be a $5 late fee. You can register at packet pickup. Is the course relatively flat? NO! This is an area of extremes, plan on climbing roughly 6,000 feet. There is a profile map now available on our Ride Info page. |
